Weekday Brunch Stout Oct. 2015
Chief Executive Brewmaster: Dan Bloch

Who says you can't drink a beer before lunchtime? Our Founding Fathers drank a brunch stout before they signed the Declaration of Independence* (*citation needed). Brewmaster D-Bloch was looking to shake things up a bit, and decided to derail the Tool IPA train by brewing the most brunch-worthy stout that has ever graced the office. This brew should be ready by the start of November.

Jersey Farmhouse IPA Sept. 2015
Chief Executive Brewmaster: John Fiegener

As we transition from summer into fall, John wanted to remind us all that there is an IPA for every season. That's why rather than sticking to the plan on his home-brew, he grew his own hops, toasted them up, and tossed an entire gallon bag of them in during secondary fermentation. Brewed with Heady Topper yeast cultivated from a can of Heady. The brew is ready for consumption.

Northern Brewer’s White House Honey Porter Nov. 2014
Chief Executive Brewmaster: Ryan Thompson

Ryan put in his vote... to brew the most magnificently patriotic beer that Tool has ever brewed. This original recipe brewed by White House staff is both a callback to the favored beverage of our Founding Fathers as well as an opportunity to come together in an election year and share pints across the aisle. Ryan vowed to make this beer more than just simply black and roasty, this porter builds consensus with generous applications of sweet caramel and toasty Munich malts, while moderate bitterness and a pound of honey lets us all find common ground. But our brewmaster didn't stop there, he vetoed the suggested of using a mere 16oz of honey and threw in a full 20oz of the golden goo, giving this beer a true presidential status.

Off the Topper IPA Jan. 2015
Chief Executive Brewmaster: John Fiegener

New Year = New Beer. John made a New Years resolution... to brew the hoppiest beer that Tool has ever brewed. Rather than truckin' up to VT every time he wants some Heady Topper, John decided to brew some right here in Marblehead. "Off the Topper" is as close of a Heady Topper clone as a hop-head could dream of.
