Encompass Pump

tool. has worked on a variety of semiconductor projects, including fluid handling, dispense, filtration and pressure transducers. While these projects are engineering intensive, our integrated team is used to conceptualize and communicate new and novel approaches to these complex challenges. We have worked with Entegris on a number of projects, including the Encompass Pump design, which filters and delivers high-viscosity photoresist to the semiconductor wafer manufacturing process. The Encompass is a high-viscosity pump design based on an existing Entegris low-viscosity pump.
