UV Curing Enclosure

We prototype using the FormLabs Form 2 SLA 3D printer quite often. Once the parts are finished printing they need to be cured using ultraviolet light. This process fully solidifies the prints so they aren’t sticky from the resin. We had been using a nail salon UV light and a cardboard box with tin foil lining the inside to cure parts as a temporary solution. Between projects I had been designing an enclosure to replace this. With a few parts ordered online and laser cut birch plywood, I was able to produce a more refined solution. Have a look!
